Import an intentional list, check the actual layout and preserve the difference between missing data and a blank writing piece.
Use line breaks deliberately
Studio text fields accept line breaks. A quoted CSV cell may also contain a line break. Each paragraph stays in order when it fits its fixed text box; a long word or too many lines produces an error rather than clipping or substituting characters.
The current font path supports its documented Latin character set and combining-accent normalization. It does not provide universal script shaping, Arabic, CJK or emoji support. Keep the correct spelling of a name rather than changing it to force a result.
Choose what an empty record means
By default, entirely empty CSV records stop the import and their source row numbers are reported. Choose Skip empty rows explicitly, or Create blank writing pieces. Duplicate nonempty records remain separate; they are not silently deduplicated. A trailing record terminator is not an extra empty piece.
Map columns to the selected template and use Check mapped rows and fitting before importing. Invalid values leave the existing draft intact. Quantities are whole numbers from 1 to 20 per row, with up to 200 entries and 200 output pages. The CSV input limit is 200 KB and 50 columns. Formula-like content is inert text, not an instruction to execute spreadsheet code.
Larger text is a complete bounded layout
In Studio 10 larger-text mode, entered text, captions, blank-piece prompts and page furniture use at least 14 points. Physical template dimensions remain fixed, so longer wording may not fit. This is not a low-vision certification or tagged-PDF accessibility claim.
Studio 8 version-2 and older version-1 private projects can reopen through the current renderer. Their saved settings are preserved, but pagination and fitting may change. Build and inspect every page again. Old rendered transfer artifacts are rejected instead of mixing renderer versions.
