SHEET 1 OF 7
Choose one place
Plan a repeat visit to one permitted outdoor spot.
One PDF page per edition
A GUIDED PRINT PACKET
Return to one permitted outdoor spot at least twice. Print a map and one visit sheet per visit, then use the summary to say what the sheets actually support.
Print 1 Choose one place, 2 Draw a place map, two copies of 3 Record one visit, and 7 Tell the place story. The other sheets deepen a question when you need them. Print a fresh visit sheet each time; do not write over the first record.
Each PDF is one page. US Letter and A4 are separate exact files. The previews below come from those PDFs. The tools are optional.
THE SEVEN ROLES

SHEET 1 OF 7
Plan a repeat visit to one permitted outdoor spot.
One PDF page per edition

SHEET 2 OF 7
Draw a simple landmark map so each visit begins at the same observation point.
One PDF page per edition

SHEET 3 OF 7
Use one copy per visit to capture comparable details, a sketch and uncertainty.
One PDF page per edition

SHEET 4 OF 7
Track the same feature across up to four visits, including missing or unchecked states.
One PDF page per edition

SHEET 5 OF 7
Make a small repeated tally using one sign, area and time window.
One PDF page per edition

SHEET 6 OF 7
Draw the same detail on two visits and separate observation from guess.
One PDF page per edition

SHEET 7 OF 7
Put visit records together in one short claim, evidence and uncertainty summary.
One PDF page per edition
Keep the same observation point where possible. A blank is not a zero, and not visible is different from did not check. The final page can honestly say that no clear change was seen.
Do not record a home address or exact coordinates in a packet you may share. Observe in place and follow local access rules. The digital layouts have been reviewed; physical printing and outdoor use have not been tested.
