- Start with one observation record and the exact Letter or A4 edition. Add its comparison or follow-up sheet when useful.
- Add a supported dot or ruled page from Print Lab for sketches and open notes. Review its spacing and page order.
- Keep the observation prompts and optional notes together in Tray. Download the packet and explicit project file; these pages do not identify a species.
