Each connected layer is 160 mm wide with a 12 mm bottom tab.
Base board: 176 x 120 mm. Back, middle and front glue stations: 95, 60 and 25 mm from the front edge.
From file to finished page
- Print all four construction pages at actual size. Use ordinary paper first, then suitable card once the trial is understood.
- Cut each layer around its outer connected contour. Leave its full bottom tab attached and do not cut the interior illustration lines.
- Score the dashed baseline and fold the 12 mm tab toward the back of each layer.
- Cut the base. Match layer 1 to the backmost 95 mm station, layer 2 to 60 mm and layer 3 to 25 mm. Align the left and right edges with the marked 160 mm glue area.
- Glue one tab at a time, keeping each layer upright until set. Confirm that every layer is attached, visible and stable before handling.
