The packet supplies A–Z in a defined stencil style, not every font, language or cutting-machine profile.
Preserve the interior counters
Characters with enclosed areas need connections to keep those areas in position. Inspect the chosen letter before cutting and keep the bridges intact. Test a single letter at the intended size and material thickness before making a full word.

26 individual uppercase letter stencil cards. Necessary interior counters are connected with 2.3 mm retaining bridges.
Character set: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ. The white bridges remain as supporting material.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Print only the pages containing the characters you need. Keep an untouched master for later reuse.
- Cut out each rectangular card first. Then remove only the gray glyph regions, keeping every white bridge and the border intact.
- Use a craft knife only on a cutting mat with appropriate adult supervision. Small details are not suitable for unsupervised cutting by young children.
- Try the stencil on spare paper with a pencil or lightly loaded sponge. Tape the card in place without obstructing the character.
- Do not close or cut away the bridges: they keep the interior islands attached. Printer paper is a trial material; durability depends on the final stock and repeated use.
Printing and use notes
White bridges must remain intact. Test the chosen cutting method and material before making a reusable stencil.
Outlines use DejaVu Sans Bold glyphs, with separate bridge geometry. No font binary is supplied; no exclusive authorship claim is made for glyph designs.
