Materials and construction
Ordinary paper for a first trial; scissors; ruler; a blunt scoring tool; a small amount of paper adhesive.
Before making a batch
Measure the triangular faces and flap widths.
Check each pocket opening is unglued.
Test insert removal without pulling the pockets off the backing.

Four triangular faces: 40 mm legs.
Return flaps: 10 mm.
Pocket opening is the diagonal edge.
From file to finished page
- Cut four complete pocket outlines and keep their return flaps.
- Score the two straight face edges, not the diagonal opening.
- Fold the returns behind each triangular face. Position all four pockets using a scrap-paper insert as a spacing guide.
- Glue the folded returns to the backing sheet only. Keep the face and diagonal opening free of adhesive.
- Let the joins set, then remove and reinsert the paper sample to verify that every opening stays clear.
