Rainforest layered paper scene / LETTER

Each connected layer is 160 mm wide with a 12 mm bottom tab.

Base board: 176 x 120 mm. Back, middle and front glue stations: 95, 60 and 25 mm from the front edge.

From file to finished page

  1. Print all four construction pages at actual size. Use ordinary paper first, then suitable card once the trial is understood.
  2. Cut each layer around its outer connected contour. Leave its full bottom tab attached and do not cut the interior illustration lines.
  3. Score the dashed baseline and fold the 12 mm tab toward the back of each layer.
  4. Cut the base. Match layer 1 to the backmost 95 mm station, layer 2 to 60 mm and layer 3 to 25 mm. Align the left and right edges with the marked 160 mm glue area.
  5. Glue one tab at a time, keeping each layer upright until set. Confirm that every layer is attached, visible and stable before handling.

Display-only paper scene. Printed details are not a complete three-dimensional model of each depicted object.

Material thickness and adhesive behavior need a real trial; no finished physical example is claimed.
