Make a printable with larger text
Use Studio's bounded larger-text layout without changing the physical size of the piece.
Reflow the words, not the whole page
In Studio 10 every entered field, caption, blank-piece prompt and page footer uses at least 14 points in larger-text mode. Titles may be larger. The PDF page and cut-out dimensions do not change. Longer wording may no longer fit; older saved projects must be previewed again.
Choose wording that fits
A short pantry label, guest name or section title is a useful first trial. A long note can require more space than a small tag provides. Studio blocks output rather than clipping text or shrinking it below the mode's limit. Shorten optional wording, choose standard text, or use a larger suitable template. Do not change a person's name merely to force a fit.
Verify in the real setting
Print one actual-size sheet and ask the intended reader to use it under their normal lighting. A size floor is not a low-vision certification, a screen-reader-tested PDF or proof that every reader finds a layout accessible.
