Personalize a batch from a local CSV
Map a list to a supported template, check every row and keep your private text under your control.
Start with the template's column example
Choose the template first, then download its CSV column example. Map the text columns and, when present, quantities and blank flags. Copies must be whole numbers from 1 to 20; blank flags must be true or false. Studio does not run spreadsheet formulas, fetch images or execute content from your file.
Import the whole list or none of it
A CSV is limited to 200 KB, 50 columns and 200 entries, with a 200-page output ceiling. Wrong values, missing required text and unsupported characters block the import. The current draft is retained until the complete import is valid. Undo can restore the draft from before a successful import. Entirely empty records stop by default; choose Skip or Blank writing pieces explicitly. Quoted line breaks and duplicate records are preserved. Check mapped rows and fitting previews the complete layout before committing.
Keep a deliberate local backup
Saving a Studio project is explicit and includes the names and messages you entered. Reopening a version 1 project uses current Studio layouts, not the old renderer. Recipe cards and dividers now use one per sheet to retain dimensions and margins. Review all pages after migration. A failed import never grants permission to publish private information.
