Curve the roof across the arc direction
The roof rectangle represents half a cylindrical surface. Its curved direction is longer than the visible opening width; folding it along the center would make the wrong cross-section.
Use the end arches as shape guides and keep the base flat. This small display model is not a toy-vehicle clearance or support guarantee.

From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the curved-roof rectangle, two end frames and base. Keep the roof attachment tabs and frame feet.
- Curve the roof gently across its 94.25 mm arc-length direction; do not crease it into a triangular roof.
- Fold the side attachment tabs outward and glue them to the two parallel guide lines on the base, 60 mm apart.
- Attach one end frame at each end, using its feet on the base. The 30 mm-radius arch is a geometric guide, not a clearance guarantee.
- Allow it to dry without squeezing the roof. This is a lightweight display model, not a toy-vehicle fit specification or load-bearing tunnel.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
This is a decorative or organizational paper project, not protective shipping packaging, food-contact material or a load-rated container.
