Nominal panel: 100 × 65 mm. This is not a guaranteed usable interior size.
From file to finished page
- Print at actual size and measure the 50 mm bar. Fill Artwork, Artist, For and Notes while flat. Use a spare sheet for the first trial.
- Cut only the solid outside contour; keep both 10 mm side tabs. Dashed lines are folds, not cuts.
- Place the printed side down. Crease four dashed lines. Fold both side tabs inward, then bring the lower 55 mm front panel up over them.
- Glue each side tab to the front panel only. Press and dry the seams; leave the top opening and closure flap free.
- The nominal panel is 100 x 65 mm; folds and paper thickness reduce usable room. Trial-fit your item. No standard card size or archival fit is guaranteed.
- After the joins dry, insert the intended item. Fold the top flap over the opening and secure it with a removable seal or small tape piece.
Printing and use notes
The design is not a food-contact, archival-storage or postal specification.
Make one trial on ordinary paper before using special stock or preparing a batch. No physical test result is claimed.
