Use the packet’s own pieces and sequence; do not substitute the dimensions of another folded-card style.
Dry-fit the joining zones
Keep the center display area free while positioning the bridge ends on the designated side zones. Test the way the card opens and closes before adhesive sets.

A 180 x 85 mm bridge base with panel widths 30, 30, 60, 30, 30 mm.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut around the outer rectangle. Score only the dashed fold lines before decorating the blank panels.
- Fold the two SIDE panels toward you from the 60 mm BACK. Fold both outer FRONT flaps outward, parallel to the back.
- Cut the separate 100 x 20 mm bridge. Place its 60 mm middle across the open front; glue only its 20 mm end zones onto the outward FRONT flaps.
- Keep the center of the bridge free. Test flat collapse and reopen before mounting decorations.
- Check the finished folds on scrap first. These dimensions do not establish compatibility with a commercial card or envelope size.
Printing and use notes
Make a scrap-paper trial before using special material or producing a batch.
Digital geometry does not establish physical assembly, durable joins, material fit or compatibility with a particular product.
