From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the outline and rounded side notches. Open the two short diagonal retaining slits without extending them into the center panel.
- Write an equipment name in the central ID area. Keep personal contact details off cards that may be shared.
- Wrap a short disconnected cable loosely around the broad waist, leaving large curves rather than tight folds.
- Use the slits only for a suitably thin, flexible loose end. Do not force a thick or fragile cable into them.
- This card is for organizing disconnected low-voltage accessories, not electrical insulation, cable protection or storage of a powered or warm cord.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
