Match the pointed base to its own wall pieces

The pointed end needs less material buildup than a broad corner. Keep glue thin and align the two long side panels with the sloping edges, not the center-length measurement.

The two-part bands make the pattern fit ordinary sheets without reducing the intended size. Joining those bands is part of the construction, not an optional extra piece.

An isosceles wedge-shaped tray with a 65 mm center length, a 44 mm back edge, 25 mm walls and a separately sized lid.

From file to finished page

  1. Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
  2. Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
  3. Cut the triangular base, liner and the three-panel wall band. The two long sides are about 68.62 mm, not 65 mm; the 65 mm measurement is the center length.
  4. Crease the panel joints and bottom tabs. Join wall strip A to wall strip B in numbered order, then close the remaining end seam and glue the base onto the inward tabs.
  5. Add the inner liner over the attachment tabs. Keep the pointed end aligned and avoid accumulating excess adhesive there.
  6. Build the LID pieces separately. Its polygon is a parallel outward offset by 0.8 mm, and its wall band is derived from that larger polygon.
  7. Test the dry lid on the base. Use only separately wrapped items or decorative pieces; the paper pattern does not establish food-contact suitability.
Printing and use notes

The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.

Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
