Use the notches to reach the stack
The two edge-connected thumb recesses make it easier to lift a light stack without pushing on the tray walls. Remove those scraps before joining the corners.
A decorative tray is not a protective deck case. Keep the stack below the walls and check the actual cards rather than relying on a game-brand label.

A 66 x 94 mm shallow tray with 22 mm walls, a removable liner and two thumb-access notches.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the tray net and liner; remove only the two half-round thumb notches from the short wall tops.
- Crease base and corner-tab lines. Glue the tabs inside the adjacent walls while holding the base square.
- Lay the liner over the floor after the corner tabs are secure.
- Test a small stack of approximately 62 x 90 mm scrap cards. Keep the stack below the wall height and lift it using the notches.
- This is a presentation tray, not a specification for a particular card-game brand or protective deck box.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
This is a decorative or organizational paper project, not protective shipping packaging, food-contact material or a load-rated container.
