A 180 x 120 mm concertina base with panel widths 45, 45, 45, 45 mm.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut around the outer rectangle. Score only the dashed fold lines before decorating the blank panels.
- Alternate valley, mountain and valley folds so the four panels stack.
- Use as a four-panel message card or photo display. Add lightweight inserts smaller than each 45 x 120 mm panel.
- Check the finished folds on scrap first. These dimensions do not establish compatibility with a commercial card or envelope size.
