A cone shell with 48 mm larger diameter and 65 mm nominal vertical height. Separate circular end pieces are optional.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut the curved surface along its solid perimeter. Do not add an overlap or cut away a sector: its arc lengths define the stated diameters.
- Curve the surface gently. Bring the two straight radial edges together edge-to-edge, with no overlap, then bridge the seam using narrow tape.
- Add an optional circular end by attaching short tape pieces at opposite points first. Work evenly around the circumference rather than forcing one long strip around it.
- Check the model on scrap before using decorative stock. The flat pattern establishes nominal geometry, not a guaranteed assembled interior size.
Printing and use notes
This is a paper learning/display model. It is not a fitted, protective, food-contact or load-bearing container.
Paper thickness, actual folding and taped joins have not been physically tested.
