Materials and construction
Plain paper for a first trial, a ruler, scissors and a blunt scoring tool; adult help for internal cuts.
Before making a batch
Measure an edge on two different faces and check matching E-labels before joining.
Assemble an empty shell and document every seam, the final closure and paper spring. Do not assume the shell is a reusable opening box.

8 measured panel faces with 34 mm shortest edge. Edge labels identify exact mating pairs.
From file to finished page
- Cut every numbered face while retaining its shaded tabs.
- Score tab edges. Keep the panel faces flat; tabs bend behind their matching edge.
- Begin with F01 and join matching E-labels. An edge with a tab mates with the same label on a face without a tab.
- Work around the shell gradually, allowing each seam to set. Close the final panel last.
- This is a glued faceted presentation model, not a tested reusable gift closure. Confirm assembly and intended contents separately.
Printing and use notes
Panel dimensions and edge pairings are digital geometry, not a tested contents capacity or closure fit.
The fully glued faceted shell is an ornament/display form. A repeatable access lid is not supplied.
No mailing, food-contact, impact protection or load-bearing suitability is implied.
