Choose four or six compartments

The four-compartment and six-compartment patterns have different bases and divider lengths. Select one complete edition and keep its tray, liner and dividers together.

The slots meet halfway through the divider height. Try the exact stock in a spare slot before assembling the grid; a nominal slot width is not a guarantee that a laminated or folded sheet will fit.

A 84 x 64 mm base tray with 26 mm walls and an interlocking 2 x 2 divider grid.

Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
Cut the tray, liner and all labeled divider strips. Keep the corner tabs; cut the divider notches only within their narrow marked slots.
Crease the base and corner hinges, raise the walls, and glue each corner tab behind its adjacent wall. Add the liner after the tabs have set.
Hold the long divider with its slots facing upward. Hold the cross dividers with their slots facing downward, then slide each pair together halfway.
The slot width is 0.8 mm and the nominal divider thickness allowance is 0.8 mm. Test actual card thickness; do not force a thick sheet into a narrow slot.
Place the assembled grid inside the dry tray. The dividers are 1 mm shorter than the nominal interior span, which is a trial fit allowance, not verified clearance.

Printing and use notes

The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.

Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
