The given base and wall dimensions describe the construction panels, not guaranteed clear interior space.
Fit depends on the material
A tray that slides on thin test paper may bind when made from heavier stock. Do not force it or silently shrink one component to compensate. Record the material and fold behavior when testing the fit.

A fold-up tray with a 62 x 45 mm base panel and 18 mm walls. A separate four-panel sleeve surrounds the finished tray.
From file to finished page
- Print both nets at actual size; measure each 50 mm line. Keep the tray and sleeve separate.
- Cut the base contour. Crease the dashed base and tab lines; raise four walls with marks inside.
- Glue four shaded corner tabs behind neighboring walls. Align top rims and let the tray dry.
- Cut the sleeve rectangle. Crease four crosswise lines. Wrap four panels around the dry tray; glue only the shaded 8 mm seam behind the opposite sleeve edge.
- Nominal sleeve panels are 64.4 x 20.4 mm, length 45.8 mm; tray base is 62 x 45 mm with 18 mm walls. Trial sliding fit on scrap without forcing it. Paper thickness and adhesive affect fit; support from below.

Make a scrap-paper trial before using special material or producing a batch.
The drawn fold sizes do not guarantee room for your gift or a strong box. Check the sliding fit on scrap paper and support the box from below. Food-contact suitability and shipping protection have not been established.
