Check the support under real conditions
Paper stiffness and the surface beneath the card affect stability. Test the chosen stock with the planned decoration rather than assuming an unweighted paper trial will support heavier additions.

A 180 x 90 mm easel base with panel widths 90, 45, 45 mm.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut around the outer rectangle. Score only the dashed fold lines before decorating the blank panels.
- Fold the 90 mm base under the two 45 mm support panels. Crease the second fold so the outer panel angles upward.
- Attach the separate 90 x 65 mm display face to the outer MOUNT panel only, aligning its lower edge to that panel.
- Glue the small stopper onto the base after testing the display angle. The display edge rests behind it; do not glue the hinge shut.
- Check the finished folds on scrap first. These dimensions do not establish compatibility with a commercial card or envelope size.

Make a scrap-paper trial before using special material or producing a batch.
