Nominal panel: 75 × 95 mm. This is not a guaranteed usable interior size.
From file to finished page
- Print at actual size; measure the 50 mm line. Write on the front while flat. Trial a spare sheet first.
- Cut only the solid outside contour. Keep both side tabs, the front panel and the closure flap. Dashed lines are folds.
- Place printed side down. Crease four dashed lines; turn both 10 mm side tabs inward, then bring the 85 mm front up over them.
- Glue only where each shaded side tab meets the front. Let the seams dry. Leave the top opening and closure flap free.
- The back panel is 75 x 95 mm; folds reduce usable space. Trial the intended dry, lightweight item without forcing a seam.
- Insert the item after the seams dry. Fold the top flap over the opening and use a removable seal or a little tape.
Printing and use notes
The design is not a food-contact, archival-storage or postal specification.
Make one trial on ordinary paper before using special stock or preparing a batch. No physical test result is claimed.
