A 180 x 130 mm fold-flat folder base with panel widths 90, 90 mm.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut around the outer rectangle. Score only the dashed fold lines before decorating the blank panels.
- Fold the right panel over the left along the central crease. Decorate only after testing that the panels close flat.
- Check the finished folds on scrap first. These dimensions do not establish compatibility with a commercial card or envelope size.
