Folded pocket notebook cover / LETTER
Letter and A4 preserve the component dimensions. Choose the sheet you will print, not a different object size.
Ordinary paper for a first trial; scissors; ruler; a blunt scoring tool; a small amount of paper adhesive.
Check both 65 mm cover panels and the 5 mm spine.
Record the actual notebook dimensions and thickness.
Test opening flat without pulling a cover out of its pocket.
Flat cover: 175 x 110 mm.
Panel sequence: 20 / 65 / 5 / 65 / 20 mm.
Try a paper dummy about 62 x 104 mm before using a notebook.
