Two 170 x 65 mm fringe strips with 5 mm fringe spacing and a 10 mm uncut rail.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut the two outer rectangles. For each one, cut all fringe lines from the bottom only as far as the dashed 10 mm rail.
- Keep the rail flat and uncut. Apply a thin line of adhesive to its reverse.
- Roll from one short end to the other, keeping the top rail even. Add a paper or cord loop inside the first turn only when you have tested its attachment.
- Let the roll dry, then separate the fringe gently. Use as a paper decoration and keep loops away from young children.
