Materials and construction
Plain paper for a first trial, a ruler, scissors and a blunt scoring tool; adult help for internal cuts.
Before making a batch
Measure the 50 mm reference and at least two named panel dimensions.
Assemble an empty plain-paper trial; record closure, seam, clearance and material behavior.

6 wall panels, each 27 mm wide; height between main end folds 50 mm; seam flap 8 mm.
From file to finished page
- Cut the complete net and score every wall and end-fold line. No explosive snap or novelty charge is included.
- Form the paper tube and glue the shaded side seam. Keep both end sections unglued.
- Fold the triangular end creases inward and gently gather the narrow end bands.
- Use a short, removable paper tie or ribbon around the marked gathering band; do not pull so hard that the end tears.
- Add only dry, lightweight display contents after a successful plain-paper trial. This is not food packaging or a toy-safety certification.
Printing and use notes
Nominal drawing dimensions are not a tested usable-capacity, load, mailing, food-contact or archival specification.
Do not place valuable, wet, hot or breakable items in an unreviewed paper prototype.
