Project materials inventory - Thread / LETTER
A good fit for your idea?
This is a working inventory record, not a live stock system or an automatic reorder calculation.
Make a start
List a material with its specification and quantity, then name the source or storage location.
Try one first
Compare one entry with the actual product description so size, grade and units are unambiguous.
Keep the units consistent
Record quantities in useful units and distinguish counts from lengths, areas or weights. Note partial supplies clearly. Update the sheet when material moves to another project so an old number does not become a false promise of availability.
