Use height to separate the inserts
The two insert heights help reveal their headings together. Keep the shorter card in front and reserve the inside-left panel for an independently prepared message or invitation.
Check folded thickness after loading both inserts. The nominal pocket width is not a guarantee that thick decorated cards or multiple liners will slide freely.

An 86 x 120 mm bi-fold folder with a separate internal pocket and two different-height insert cards.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the two-panel cover, the pocket with three attachment tabs, and the two insert cards. Cut the 18 mm-wide semicircular finger notch from the top of the pocket only.
- Crease the cover down its center, then fold the pocket tabs backward along the dashed lines.
- Attach the pocket to the inside right cover using its three tabs, aligning the pocket bottom 8 mm above the cover bottom. Leave the top open.
- Write on the two insert cards and slide the taller one behind the shorter one. The top labels remain visible at different heights.
- Close the cover and test the thickness before attaching an invitation to the inside left panel. The template supplies no invitation text or commercial card-size guarantee.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
This is a decorative or organizational paper project, not protective shipping packaging, food-contact material or a load-rated container.
