A separate curved two-loop strip, fishtail backing and 16 x 50 mm center wrap for a layered paper bow.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut the loop strip, tail layer and center wrap. Keep the narrow ends of the loop strip intact.
- Curve the left lobe inward without crushing it and glue its end tab at the middle waist. Repeat for the right lobe so two open loops meet in the center.
- Place the completed loop piece over the separate tail layer, matching their centers.
- Wrap the narrow strip around the middle from front to back, trim excess only after trial fitting, and glue its end to itself.
- Use as a decorative paper bow, not a handle. Test the geometry with ordinary paper before preparing special stock.
