Materials and construction
Plain paper for a first trial, a ruler, scissors and a blunt scoring tool; adult help for internal cuts.
Before making a batch
Measure the 50 mm reference and at least two named panel dimensions.
Assemble an empty plain-paper trial; record closure, seam, clearance and material behavior.

Presentation card: 85 x 110 mm. Marked attachment locations are design positions, not retention/load ratings.
From file to finished page
- Cut the 85 x 110 mm card and write the item name on its heading line.
- Use the outlined center area to position an expendable display sample. Attach it with a removable method suited to that sample; the outline is a placement guide, not a cutout.
- Check that the sample removes cleanly and the card stays flat. No fold, sleeve or locking part is supplied.
