Make the pockets in a consistent order

Five faces create four spaces between them. Keeping A through E in sequence makes it easier to track the left/right gussets and the bottom joint for each pocket.

The optional band should wrap the finished empty stack loosely. Recheck it with the intended contents rather than treating its full printed length as a guaranteed closure size.

A 90 x 125 mm small print portfolio with four accordion pockets and an optional closing band for organization, not archival preservation.

From file to finished page

  1. Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
  2. Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
  3. Cut the five faces A to E, eight side-gusset strips, four bottom joints and two optional band pieces. Faces A and E are also the outer covers; there are no extra cover panels.
  4. Fold the side strips and bottom joints at 5, 10 and 15 mm across their width. The outer 5 mm tabs attach to the faces; the middle crease makes the inward V. Attach a side-strip pair between each pair of consecutive faces.
  5. Join faces A to E in order with four pairs of strips, keeping all bottoms level. Leave each pocket top open and add its bottom joining strip.
  6. Use the first and last faces as the covers. Join the two optional band pieces at their shaded tabs and trial-wrap the stack without restricting the gussets.
  7. Load only a few 75 x 105 mm test cards initially. Paper, ink and adhesives are not certified for archival storage; use suitable protective sleeves independently if needed.
Printing and use notes

The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.

Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.

This is a decorative or organizational paper project, not protective shipping packaging, food-contact material or a load-rated container.
