Nest empty trays, sort with them separately
The three footprints form a small set for a making session. Keeping each liner with its own tray avoids covering the wrong attachment seams.
Nesting describes the intended geometric relationship, not a promise that thick or heavily decorated walls will slide freely. Trial the material and avoid forcing the pieces.

From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the three tray nets and liners. Keep each size with its corresponding liner rather than mixing the parts.
- Crease the wall and corner-tab lines, then glue each tab behind its neighboring wall.
- After drying, place the smallest tray in the middle tray, and that tray in the largest, without forcing their walls.
- Use the three trays separately for sorting while working; nest them only when empty.
- The geometry leaves generous nominal clearance, but folded stock and adhesive still need a real trial. These open trays do not provide secure containment for loose parts.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
This is a decorative or organizational paper project, not protective shipping packaging, food-contact material or a load-rated container.
