Divide the working space, not the page
The two footed dividers create three small sorting channels. Their folding feet distinguish them from the notched grids used in the four- and six-compartment trays.
Use removable paper adhesive for the feet when experimenting with the arrangement. The open tray does not secure small loose contents during travel.

A 96 x 78 mm shallow desktop tray with two removable dividers forming three note/component channels.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the tray, liner and two dividers. Keep the scored 8 mm foot flanges along each divider.
- Build the tray with its corner tabs and let it dry square. Place the liner inside to cover the tab seams.
- Crease each divider foot to a right angle. Align the feet with the two guide lines on the liner, 32 mm apart.
- Use removable paper adhesive to fix the feet if needed; leave the dividers removable for different sorting tasks.
- Test with short note cards or light materials. The tray is not designed for full-size documents or load-bearing storage.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
This is a decorative or organizational paper project, not protective shipping packaging, food-contact material or a load-rated container.
