Paper photo-prop handle sleeves / LETTER

Letter and A4 preserve the component dimensions. Choose the sheet you will print, not a different object size.
Materials and construction
Ordinary paper for a first trial; scissors; ruler; a blunt scoring tool; a small amount of paper adhesive.
Before making a batch
Measure the four equal panel widths.
Check the seam stays closed when the dummy is inserted.
Record the actual handle section and prop weight.

Three nets: 45 x 65 mm.
Four side panels: 10 mm each; joining flap: 5 mm.
Nominal section: 10 x 10 mm before material thickness.
From file to finished page
- Cut the three rectangular sleeve nets. Score the four long fold lines on each.
- Fold the four equal panels around an empty 10 mm square section.
- Apply adhesive only to the 5 mm flap and join it behind the opposite edge.
- Let the sleeve dry before inserting a rounded paper handle dummy. Do not force a tight or sharp object into it.
- Attach the sleeve to the back of a light paper prop using a broad paper tab. Test the join before use.
