Keep the mounting flanges out of the window
The wall strips establish shallow depth behind the frame. Their tabs attach to the front and back panels, leaving the interior opening available for a lightweight flat arrangement.
Plan the display before fixing the front permanently. No hanging hardware, protective glazing or load-rated mounting is supplied.

A shallow 90 x 110 mm display frame with a 66 x 86 mm window, 18 mm walls and a separate backing panel.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the window frame, back, four wall strips and four corner tabs. The outer frame stays intact around the window.
- Crease each wall strip along its two 6 mm attachment tabs, leaving an 18 mm depth panel between them.
- Join the four depth panels into a rectangle using the corner tabs; keep the upper and lower flanges pointing inward.
- Glue one set of flanges to the backing panel, then arrange a flat lightweight display inside before closing the front.
- Glue the remaining flanges behind the front frame, checking that the walls do not project into the window. Keep it as a tabletop display, not a protective or wall-mount-rated frame.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
