A fold-up tray with a 75 x 50 mm base panel and 20 mm walls.
From file to finished page
- Print at actual size and measure the 50 mm line. Trial on spare paper first.
- Cut the tray outside contour. Keep four shaded corner tabs; dashed lines are folds.
- Crease base and tab lines. Raise four walls with marks inside; glue each tab behind its next wall.
- Cut the separate 170 x 15 mm strip. Crease its two 15 mm end tabs; curve the middle gently and attach both tabs inside opposite short walls.
- Let all joins dry. Trial only light contents. This paper basket is for presentation; support it from underneath, not by the handle.
Printing and use notes
Make a scrap-paper trial before using special material or producing a batch.
Nominal fold dimensions do not establish usable interior space, fitted contents, load performance, food-contact suitability or shipping protection.
