A cover for an existing cup
The circumference strip helps test the intended cylindrical profile before the decorated sleeve is cut. A tapered container can fit at one height and fail at another.
The sleeve has no floor and cannot hold pencils by itself. Keep it around a stable independent container and remove it before cleaning the container.

A wrap for an existing cylindrical cup, with a 188.5 mm nominal circumference, 85 mm height and a separate joining tab.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the long sleeve and the small circumference-check strip. Preserve the marked 10 mm joining tab.
- Wrap the check strip around the intended cup near its middle. Its reference corresponds to a 60 mm outside diameter, not every cup.
- Gently curve the sleeve around the cup, align its meeting marks, and test its height before applying adhesive.
- Join the tab to the opposite sleeve edge only; do not glue the sleeve to a cup that needs washing.
- The sleeve has no base and is not itself a pencil container. Use only a stable, independently suitable cup; keep paper away from heat and moisture.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
This is a decorative or organizational paper project, not protective shipping packaging, food-contact material or a load-rated container.
