Trial the closure before decorating
Use ordinary paper to understand how the curved ends tuck into shape. Stock thickness changes the way those folds meet. A stated panel dimension is not a promise of usable capacity or protection for a fragile object.

A curved-closure pillow pack with two 75 x 108 mm flat panels and a 9 mm side seam.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut the outside contour. Lightly trace both curved dashed folds on each panel with a blunt scoring tool; do not straighten these curves.
- Crease the central straight panel fold and the narrow side seam. Curve the broad panels gently without creasing their centers.
- Join the shaded side seam behind the opposite long edge to form a flattened tube. Let the seam dry.
- Gently press the curved end flaps inward, one after the other. Test the opposite end in the same way; do not force thick card.
- Use one trial to establish the actual interior space. The printed 75 x 108 mm panel size is not a capacity or fit guarantee.

Nominal fold dimensions do not establish usable interior space, fitted contents, load performance, food-contact suitability or shipping protection.
