Materials and construction
Plain paper for a first trial, a ruler, scissors and a blunt scoring tool; adult help for internal cuts.
Before making a batch
Measure the 50 mm reference and at least two named panel dimensions.
Assemble an empty plain-paper trial; record closure, seam, clearance and material behavior.

Wrap blank: 175 x 125 mm; center panel 91 mm; two 42 mm side panels.

From file to finished page
- Cut the 175 x 125 mm blank and score the two marked folds at 42 and 133 mm.
- Write a plant name and care note on the center panel. Place any plant material in a separate suitable dry outer holder before fitting this wrap.
- Fold the two side panels around the holder. They leave a nominal 7 mm front opening when flat; bridge it with a separate loose paper band or ribbon.
- Keep the wrap outside any moisture barrier. Undo the separate band to remove it without pulling the plant or tearing its holder.
