Nominal panel: 100 × 65 mm. This is not a guaranteed usable interior size.
From file to finished page
- Print at actual size; measure the 50 mm line. Fill For, From and Message while the sheet is flat.
- Cut only the solid outside contour. Keep both side tabs, the front panel and the closure flap. Dashed lines are folds.
- Place printed side down. Crease four dashed lines; fold both 10 mm side tabs inward, then bring the 55 mm front up over them.
- Glue each shaded side tab to the front only. Press and dry both seams; leave the top opening and closure flap free.
- The back panel is 100 x 65 mm; folds reduce usable space. Trial the intended light item without forcing seams.
- After the seams dry, fold the 26 mm pointed closure flap over the opening and secure with a removable seal or small tape piece.

Make one trial on ordinary paper before using special stock or preparing a batch. No physical test result is claimed.
