Leave the mouth of the pocket open
The front tabs create a narrow seam behind the face. Glue only those tabs so the back remains separate from the front across the usable pocket area.
The matching insert is a convenient fit trial. A finished insert cut from thicker card may need a different allowance, which should be tested before making a batch.

An 84 x 116 mm open-top sleeve with a small finger notch and a separately sized 76 x 106 mm reply insert.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
- Cut the front with its side and bottom tabs, the back panel, and the reply insert. Cut the finger notch from the front panel.
- Crease the tabs backward so they sit behind the front rather than projecting into the opening.
- Apply adhesive only to the shaded tabs and attach them to the back panel. Do not glue across the open top.
- Let the pocket dry flat, then test the supplied reply insert. Write on the insert before placing it in the sleeve.
- The included reply form is a blank organizer. No prepaid postage, postal sizing or mailing suitability is implied.
Printing and use notes
The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.
Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
This is a decorative or organizational paper project, not protective shipping packaging, food-contact material or a load-rated container.
