Form the curve without creasing the wall

A round wall should curve smoothly. Roll the strip gently around a cylinder before attaching the seam, then fold the segmented lower tabs inward one by one.

The lid has its own larger disk and matching wall. Do not swap the disks or cut a longer wall strip by eye; the seam marks define the intended circumference.

Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Measure the printed 50 mm line before cutting. The screen preview is not a measurement test.
Cut the base and liner circles, body band, lid circles and lid band. Keep all short lower attachment tabs.
Gently curve each wall band around a clean round object before joining its seam. Keep the nominal diameter; do not stretch the printed length.
Join the body seam at the marked overlap. Fold the lower tabs inward and attach the base circle over them, then fit the liner inside.
Assemble the lid independently from its larger circle and band. The nominal radial allowance is 0.8 mm, for trial fitting only.
Test the lid after both parts are completely dry. Keep the box for light decorative presentation, not crush protection or transport.

Printing and use notes

The dimensions describe the flat pattern and fold lines, not guaranteed internal capacity.

Physical printing, fit and assembly have not been tested. Make a scrap-paper trial before using special stock.
