The label is a paper record, not outdoor-weatherproof stock or a certified seed-storage system.
Make a start
Write a variety and source/date consistently, then use that same wording in the seed inventory.
Try one first
Read the label after attaching it to the actual container, including curved or narrow surfaces.
Record uncertainty honestly
Write a verified variety name only when you know it. Keep source and date information separate from assumptions about age, viability or growing conditions. A label cannot make an uncertain identification reliable.

From file to finished page

- Print at actual size and measure the 50 mm reference line before using physical measurements.
- Write short entries while the sheet is flat. Use the labeled areas shown in the selected preview; the fields can differ across designs.
- Cut the solid outer lines. For folded designs, crease the marked fold instead of cutting through it.
- Check one item in its intended place before making the rest. Plain cut-apart sheets are not automatically aligned to any commercial pre-cut sticker stock.

Make one trial on ordinary paper before using special stock or preparing a batch. No physical test result is claimed.
