Step-fold greeting card base / LETTER
Letter and A4 preserve the component dimensions. Choose the sheet you will print, not a different object size.
Ordinary paper for a trial; ruler; scoring tool; scissors and an adult-operated craft knife with a cutting mat for the internal slit.
Check the slit stops 30 mm from each end.
Check that all step creases stop at the slit.
Record standing stability and any tearing at the slit ends.
Flat base: 140 x 180 mm.
Internal slit: 120 mm long, 50 mm from the left side.
Step creases: 30 mm pitch; large-panel crease: 90 mm.
The step proportions and balance require physical review.
