A three-hole, 40 mm-pitch pamphlet-stitch guide for one 90 x 120 mm folded signature.

Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
Cut a small stack of sheets to 180 x 120 mm and fold them together at the center to form one signature.
Use the printed guide over the folded stack. Pierce the three marked positions carefully over a protected surface; a sharp needle or awl requires suitable supervision.
Start inside at CENTER, leaving a tail. Pass out through CENTER, then in through TOP.
Pass from inside to outside through BOTTOM, then back inside through CENTER. Do not pierce the thread already in that hole.
Place the two tails on opposite sides of the long inside stitch, tie them together, and trim only after testing the knot.
