A 180 x 125 mm tri-fold base with panel widths 59, 60, 61 mm.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut around the outer rectangle. Score only the dashed fold lines before decorating the blank panels.
- Fold the 59 mm inner panel over the center first. Fold the 61 mm outer panel over that stack.
- Keep thick embellishments away from the fold; the unequal panels provide only nominal paper allowance.
- Check the finished folds on scrap first. These dimensions do not establish compatibility with a commercial card or envelope size.
