This is a presentation project pending physical trials, not tested protective or postal packaging.
Check the lid gently
Dry-fit the lid after creasing and before final decoration. Paper thickness, adhesive and fold placement affect the fit. The slightly larger lid geometry does not establish compatibility with every material.

A fold-up tray with a 76 x 54 mm base panel and 23 mm walls. A separate, slightly larger lid is included.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut the outer contour and keep the shaded corner tabs. Do not cut the dashed base or tab lines.
- Pre-crease all dashed lines. Raise the four walls with printed markings toward the inside.
- Glue each shaded tab behind its neighboring wall; keep the base flat and align the wall tops.
- Assemble the larger lid using its own folds and tabs. Keep the base and lid clearly separated while drying.
- Trial-fit the lid without forcing it. The 1.2 mm-per-side allowance is a starting geometry; different stock and folds can need adjustment.
Printing and use notes
Make a scrap-paper trial before using special material or producing a batch.
Nominal fold dimensions do not establish usable interior space, fitted contents, load performance, food-contact suitability or shipping protection.
