Nominal panel: 45 × 145 mm. This is not a guaranteed usable interior size.
From file to finished page
- Print at actual size; measure the 50 mm line. Trial a spare sheet and the intended bookmark before making more.
- Cut only the solid outside contour. Keep the narrow side tab and bottom tab attached. Dashed lines are folds.
- Crease three dashed lines. Fold FRONT over BACK at center with the printed faces outside; wrap the side tab behind FRONT.
- Glue the shaded 10 mm side tab to the back of FRONT. Fold the shaded 10 mm bottom tab around the lower edge onto BACK and glue it.
- The nominal panels are 45 x 145 mm. Folds and stock reduce usable space; slide the intended bookmark in from the open top without forcing seams.
- Leave the top open. Let both joins dry before inserting the bookmark. Check that it can be removed without pulling a seam.

The design is not a food-contact, archival-storage or postal specification.
Make one trial on ordinary paper before using special stock or preparing a batch. No physical test result is claimed.
