Make a start
Place the intended card against the flat pattern before creasing a trial holder. Keep the message facing the opening.
Try one first
Fold a scrap-paper copy, test insertion and removal, and check that adhesive cannot touch the card.

From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size and measure the 50 mm reference line before using physical measurements.
- Cut around the complete outer silhouette, retaining all tabs. Do not cut the dashed fold lines.
- Crease the bottom and side folds first, keeping the printed panel flat. Dry-fold the pieces and compare their overlap with the included construction page.
- Apply adhesive only to the joining areas that sit behind the front panel; keep the pocket opening free.
- Let the joins set, then test the intended contents and closure before producing a batch. Nominal panel dimensions are not a guaranteed usable interior size.
