Fold the receipt to a size the trial enclosure can hold and label the outside before closing it.
Try one first
Check that the receipt slips out without tearing and that no important receipt text is glued or creased out of view.

From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size and measure the 50 mm reference line before using physical measurements.
- Cut around the complete outer silhouette, retaining all tabs. Do not cut the dashed fold lines.
- Crease the bottom and side folds first, keeping the printed panel flat. Dry-fold the pieces and compare their overlap with the included construction page.
- Apply adhesive only to the joining areas that sit behind the front panel; keep the pocket opening free.
- Let the joins set, then test the intended contents and closure before producing a batch. Nominal panel dimensions are not a guaranteed usable interior size.
